Shipping & Fulfillment

Shipping Timeline

All AccessEd workbooks and physical resources are made to order. Please allow 7-14 business days for processing and shipping. Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Preorder Items

Select AccessEd resources may be offered as preorder releases during limited print runs.

Estimated shipping timeline will always be listed within product description. Customers will receive an email notification once their order has been fulfilled and shipped.

Fulfillment & Processing

Orders are processed with care within 1-3 business days prior to production and shipment.

Digital resources and downloadable materials are delivered directly to the email address provided at checkout.

Consultations and service-based offerings will include scheduling instructions via email after purchase.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the made-to-order nature of AccessEd physical workbooks and educational resources, all sales are final. Digital products are also non-refundable due to immediate access upon purchase.

If your order arrives damaged or if there is an issue with production quality, please contact me within 7 days of delivery so I can review and resolve the issue.
